Gibraltar Fabrication, LLC. is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to oversee daily QC operations in our Texas fabrication facility.

The role involves supervising QC Leads and Technicians, coordinating inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality standards across welding, coating, assembly, and finished products. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in welding, fabrication, and quality control, with proven leadership and a drive for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control, welding, fabrication.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of AWS D1.1 and AISC quality requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QC inspections across welding, coating, assemblies.
• Ensure AWS D1.1 compliance and quality standards.
• Maintain daily QC documentation and inspection reports.
• Lead and coach QC Leads and Technicians.
• Collaborate with management to implement QC measures.
