Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Apprentice Certification or equivalent trade credential.
• 4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades or military experience with HS diploma.
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical field with 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, assigns, coordinates and evaluates semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel by skill and experience.
• Trains employees to improve quality and productivity; helps develop training procedures.
• Breaks down broad strategies into actionable plans and ensures training on those plans.
• Oversees manufacturing, installation, operation, testing and process steps with significant financial impact on performance.
• Monitors job and budget performance for all shifts.
