Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Apprentice Certification OR High School with 4 years of manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades or military experience.
• Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years of relevant manufacturing, shipbuilding, trade and/or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises semi-skilled and skilled trades personnel and evaluates performance.
• Recommends training to improve skill and productivity.
• Breaks broad strategies down into practical action plans and ensures training.
• Monitors job and budget performance for all shifts.
