Responsibilities

• Train new Quality Control Specialists on inspection standards and protocols.
• Review Quality Control Specialist performance and provide guidance for growth.
• Monitor daily team productivity and inspections to keep orders moving.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Oversee QC team inspection of all outgoing orders and verify builds match customer orders.
• Establish and maintain inspection protocols and sampling procedures.
• Audit production processes upstream of final inspection to identify quality risks.
• Track and report QC KPIs and root causes behind defects.
