Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Lowell, MA to oversee daily QC operations and lead technicians across shifts. You will drive CAPA investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve quality and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device manufacturing or 10 years general manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices, with increasing responsibility, or 10 years general manufacturing experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience implementing quality programs and data analysis for management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct Quality Control technicians across all shifts.
• Manage performance, attendance, training, staffing, scheduling and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate QC activities to support production and customer commitments.
• Oversee inspection activities, NCMRs, material dispositions and DHR reviews.
• Ensure inspection results meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing on CAPA investigations.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, quality procedures, and QC plans.
• Monitor trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support product transfers from development to production and provide quality guidance.
• Conduct measurement system analyses and implement SPC processes.
• Review manufacturing processes and designs for quality and efficiency improvements.
