Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking a Quality Inspector Lead to direct quality control and inspection resources in support of manufacturing needs. You will lead inspectors, triage tasks, and train staff in inspection techniques.

Responsibilities include organizing daily operations, participating in corrective actions, MRB participation, reviewing contracts, and driving cost reduction opportunities while ensuring compliance with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ related experience.
• ASQ Certification preferred and ITAR compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and communicate day-to-day site quality operations and expectations.
• Participate in corrective actions including investigation, root cause analysis, and CAPA plans.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for inspectors.
• Train staff in inspection methods and use of equipment.
• Participate in MRB meetings and contract review to ensure customer requirements compliance.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities within quality operations.
• Perform FAI, in-process and final inspections as needed.
• Support production with quality engineering trouble-shooting.
