Job summary

Applied Medical seeks an Inspection Operations Associate to lead the In-Process Inspection team, ensuring product quality and operational efficiency. You will drive KPI development, analyze data, and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to implement continuous improvements.

• Experience leading meetings, projects, and presentations.
• Cost‑effective, data‑driven solutions through vendor sourcing and market research.
• Ability to delegate tasks and align teams with company goals.
• Experience leading teams in fast‑paced manufacturing with strong communication.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain process improvements; root‑cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with machinery, hydraulics, or related tech; mechanically inclined.
