Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead and develop our production quality program. You will oversee QC technicians, ensure compliance with safety and beverage regulations, and partner with management to maintain product integrity.

The role requires 3–5 years in QC, 1–3 years supervisory, and hands-on experience with lab equipment and Microsoft Office. You will drive continuous improvement and coordinate audits to meet PepsiCo standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quality control experience; beverage industry preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of beverage production processes, water treatment, safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and develop employees to meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and federal/state/local laws.
• Coordinate syrup-batching to meet production schedules.
• Monitor product batches to optimize yield and quality.
• Prepare facility for regulatory audits and maintain records.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure equipment and ingredients availability.
