Qualifications

• 2-year/associate degree in chemistry, biology or related field; 4-year/bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of quality control experience with beverage industry preferred; 1–3 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop employees to meet company standards and goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate syrup-batching to meet production schedules.
• Monitor product batches to optimize yield and ensure quality.
• Assist with regulatory audits (e.g., FDA, etc.) and maintain SOPs and records.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure equipment and ingredient availability.
