ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee QC and field operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
You will lead audits, coach technicians, analyze quality data, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and safety. A technical associate degree and 3–5 years in telecom field operations with supervisory experience are preferred.

Purpose: Responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes across operational teams to ensure compliance with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role supervises field and operational audits, provides coaching and corrective action, and collaborates with operations to drive continuous improvement in service quality and technician performance.
