Job summary

EPC, Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to support quality control operations in Saint Charles, Missouri. As a vital part of our team, you will coordinate QC activities, monitor compliance with internal standards, and support investigations into quality issues. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and EPC experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of QC Specialists.
  • Monitor QC activity to ensure compliance.
  • Create daily pull lists for QC functions.
  • Identify quality issues and initiate containment actions.
  • Support root cause investigations and document findings.

Skills

Experience using computer software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of EPC processing departments
Quality Control experience
Familiarity with ISO Standards

Education

High school diploma or GED
Minimum one year of EPC experience

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support day-to-day activities of QC Specialists across all processing workflows
  • Monitor QC activity in real time to ensure compliance with internal procedures, data security requirements, and certification standards
  • Create daily pull lists for non-automated QC functions
  • Identify quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conformities; initiate immediate containment actions and escalate as needed
  • Support root cause investigations by gathering data, documenting findings, and collaborating with the QC manager and operations teams
  • Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and audit trails are completed accurately and consistently by QC specialists
  • Provide guidance, training, and day-to-day coaching to QC specialists to improve performance and consistency
  • Track and communicate daily and weekly quality trends, risks, and performance concerns to the QC manager
  • Assist in implementing process updates, procedural changes, and quality initiatives directed by the QC manager
  • Other duties as assigned by Quality Control Manager
Experience and Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of EPC experience
  • Experience using computer software such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Knowledge of all EPC processing departments
  • Knowledge of EPC’s policies and procedures
  • Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Experience and Education Preferred
  • EPC Quality Control experience
  • Familiarity of ISO Standards
