Job summary

Executive-Personal-Computers, Inc. (EPC) is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Wright City facility in Missouri. This hourly full-time role oversees a team of up to 6 staff, ensures adherence to EPC policies, and drives daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will handle IT equipment handling, perform asset testing and data erasure preparation, and document details in EPC’s Inventory Management Software. Strong data-entry skills and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience in EPC Production Technician role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Basic math skills for counting IT equipment.
• Familiar with Inventory Software (Invision Inventory Software).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support a team of up to 6 employees, ensuring compliance with EPC policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
• Maintain and manage employee records, including weekly timecards, attendance, annual reviews, disciplinary actions, and performance documentation.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily production targets while emphasizing quality and efficiency.
• Handle IT equipment safely, including packing/unpacking, wrapping, sorting, palletizing, and transporting items with pallet jacks and carts.
• Conduct testing, diagnostics, sorting, and asset tracking to determine resale eligibility of devices.
• Prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer by cleaning, wiping, and vacuuming, identifying key components.
• Accurately document product details, including conditional issues, system logs, inventory records, and data erasure reports in EPC Inventory Management Software.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Brief Summary of Duties

• Prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer by cleaning, wiping, and vacuuming, while identifying key components such as PCs, laptops, hard drives, printers, networking devices, and monitors.
• Accurately document all relevant product details, including conditional issues, system logs, inventory records, and data erasure reports within EPC’s Inventory Management Software
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Other duties as assigned by department

Experience and/or Education Requirements

• At least 6 months’ experience as a EPC Production Technician and eligibility through the EPC Promotions/Transfer Policy.
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Basic math skills with the ability to quickly and accurately count IT equipment.
• Familiar and able to efficiently use the Iinvision Inventory Software.

Experience and/or Education Preferred

• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of all EPC Processing trainings and certifications
• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent IT experience
• A+ Certification
• Ability to type 50wpm or faster
