Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to oversee inspection operations in a manufacturing environment in the United States. You will schedule workload, supervise the inspection team, and ensure timely processing of inspections to maintain high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical inspection and machining background, expertise in GD&T, and familiarity with SPC. Hands-on with CMM and inspection tools, plus leadership experience, is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Metrology/Inspection field
• Strong mechanical inspection and machining background
• Proficiency in GD&T
• Understanding of SPC
• Experience with inspection tools and equipment; CMM experience preferred
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• AS9100 or ISO 9000 standards knowledge preferred
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical inspection experience, a solid machining/manufacturing background, and expertise in interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and applying quality standards. This position requires hands-on involvement with inspection equipment and the ability to ensure dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule inspection department activities based on workload
