Now Hiring: Quality Control Supervisor | Nashua, NH

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is partnering with a respected, multi-plant manufacturer in the adhesives and coatings industry to hire a Quality Control Supervisor for their Nashua, NH headquarters.

This company operates a non-union, ISO 9000-certified facility and is renowned for its innovation, operational excellence, and commitment to continuous improvement in quality, production, and safety.

This is a backfill role, replacing an internal promotion. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in leading plant-wide quality initiatives, managing a Quality Technician, and driving process improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product consistency and workplace safety.

What You'll Do:

• Lead quality efforts across production, testing, and compliance.
• Supervise the Quality Lab, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain and update product specifications and testing procedures.
• Oversee root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Lead ISO 9000 audits, manage compliance documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technicians, engineers, and supervisors to achieve quality goals.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on industrial experience.
• Experience in a quality control lab in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train others on physical and analytical test equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes.
• Strong foundation in quality principles, data analysis, and process improvement tools.
