Our client, a leader in advanced steel fabrication and industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee and drive quality initiatives across their operations in the Metro Denver area. What You’ll Do

As a Quality Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and mentor 8-10 quality technicians and auditors to ensure manufacturing practices meet internal and external quality standards.
• Review production records, quality checks, testing, and sanitation activities for compliance.
• Support internal audits and maintain quality control over raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Manage non-conformance product programs and assist in root cause analysis and resolution of quality issues.
• Contribute to the implementation of quality systems, policies, and SOPs.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective actions for third-party and customer reviews.
• Assist with scheduling and resource planning to ensure timely QA deliverables.

What You Bring

• CWI certification with 5–7 years of experience in visual weld inspection preferred.
• Supervisory and team training experience.
• Familiarity with NDT practices is a needed, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing is a huge plus
• Strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis and preventive action implementation.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, and AISC codes and standards.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and certifications such as ISO 9001, ASME, and AISC.
