The successful candidate will lead cross-functional efforts with Risk, Audit, and business stakeholders, oversee control testing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and strong risk management throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, or Risk in a large financial services company.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build a function, operating model, and team from the ground up.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale control, testing, risk, or operating model transformation initiatives across multiple business groups.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate and influence.

Responsibilities

• Assesses current-state testing landscape and establishes future-state Quality Control function, including governance and capability development.
• Designs and executes the GPO Quality Control strategy and continuous improvement of testing program.
• Leads change efforts to implement target-state testing across FLUs, Risk, Audit, and EIT.
• Oversees timely execution of testing activities and reporting of results.
• Establishes reporting and governance routines for senior leadership visibility into testing coverage and risks.
