Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Quality Control Specialist with harness assembly experience in Livermore, CA. You will inspect electronic assemblies, test components, read drawings, and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting harness assemblies, troubleshooting issues, maintaining quality records, and supporting a safe, organized work environment. This is a non-exempt, hourly role offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Harness assembly and inspection experience.
• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test cable and harness assemblies.
• Troubleshoot assembly and wiring issues.
• Verify products meet drawings, specifications, and BOM requirements.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
• Conduct Out-of-Box Audits (OBA) as needed.
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
