Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections and measurements of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Perform tests using standard procedures, equipment and tools to identify deviations from specifications.
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of testing, observations and corrective actions.
• Communicate non-conformities to appropriate departments and support root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to promote continuous quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

• May require standing or walking for extended periods during inspections.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments, including noise, dust, and varying temperatures

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00
