Job summary

Gft-Ready-Mix is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our team. You will conduct inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will develop and implement QC procedures, report defects, collaborate with production to uphold quality throughout the process, and maintain accurate records while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or quality issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols.
• Experience with quality control software and tools.
