Job Description

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Quality Control Shipping Clerk for a company based in Sterling, VA. This role involves ensuring products meet quality standards prior to shipment.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

1. Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
2. Perform quality control checks on packaging, labeling, and product specifications.
3. Pack and label shipments correctly.
4. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

1. Must pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, including THC.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
3. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
4. Previous experience in quality control, shipping, or warehousing is preferred.
