The incumbent will coordinate audits, document quality results, and mentor staff to uphold ISO 9001 standards. Ideal candidates bring strong leadership and analytical skills, with a background in manufacturing quality control and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of quality control standards and methodology.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bachelor’s degree in related industrial, scientific, or business field.
• At least three years of related experience in manufacturing and production.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations in the QA-focused shift.
• Maintain policy compliance and safety standards on the floor.
• Distribute tasks and duties during each shift fairly.
• Coach team performance and resolve staff disputes.
• Adjust staffing for sudden absences.
• Conduct regular internal audits and QC oversight.
• Fill in for QC Technician when needed.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and proper documentation.
