Job summary

Lonza in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor-Analytical for the night shift. You will manage a team responsible for analytical testing, data analysis, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards in alignment with cGMP requirements.

The role leads continuous improvement initiatives and CAPA execution. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of cGMP experience with at least 2 years in supervision, a science degree (MS/PhD preferred), and strong knowledge of QC systems

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of cGMP experience.
• 2+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC Analytical Night Shift operations and team performance.
• Schedule stability studies and deliver timely results to support manufacturing.
• Create, review and approve QC documentation and ensure cGMP compliance.
