Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Quality Control Sr. Associate in Holly Springs, NC to support QC Sample Management and the Stability team.

Responsibilities include receipt, handling, tracking, storage, and disposal of samples, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GDP/GMP requirements, and collaborating across QC and QA teams. The role emphasizes accurate documentation, time-bound testing workflows, and continuous improvement within a regulated laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a laboratory or sample management role.
• Familiarity with LIMS or other sample tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain required chain of custody of incoming samples in LIMS.
• Labeling, storage, and chain-of-custody documentation for all samples.
• Record data, assess results for specifications, and ensure GDP/GMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot QC issues and escalate to senior staff as needed.
• Support investigations and audits with supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts and team leads to meet milestones and timelines.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in QC efficiency initiatives.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
