Job summary

Aequor is seeking a Quality Control Senior Associate for an onsite role in Holly Springs, NC. The 12-month contract requires a 4/10 schedule (Wed–Sat, 7:30am–6:00pm) and full onsite work.

You will support QC Sample Management and Stability, handling samples, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance and GDP/GMP standards. Collaborate with lab analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to maintain efficient testing workflows while driving continuous improvement and strict safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a laboratory or sample management role.
• Familiarity with LIMS or other sample tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain chain of custody for incoming samples in the LIMS.
• Ensure labeling, storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
• Record data, assess results for specifications and GDP/GMP compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with senior staff on complex problems.
• Support investigations and audits with documentation.
• Collaborate with QC analysts and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to QC efficiency.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulatory requirements during testing.
