Job summary

HireLifeScience is seeking a Quality Control Sr. Associate to support QC Sample Management and Stability within the QC Support organization. The role covers receipt, handling, tracking, storage, and disposal of samples used in analytical testing, ensuring compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and GDP/GMP practices.

The position is fully onsite in Holly Springs, NC with a 4/10 schedule (7:30am - 6pm), Wednesday through Saturday, and an urgent shortlisting timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a laboratory or sample management role.
• Familiarity with LIMS or other sample tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain chain of custody for incoming samples in LIMS.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and documentation.
• Record results and assess compliance with specs per GDP/GMP.
• Troubleshoot issues within QC and escalate as needed.
• Support investigations and audits with documentation.
• Collaborate with analysts and team leads to meet timelines.
• Suggest process improvements to QC lab efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations while handling hazardous materials.
