It is a critical component in one of the most promising cancer treatments and is an industry standard in sample preparation products in the research market. Position objective

We are looking for a new colleague for a fixed-term position, to cover mat. leave in our Quality Control (QC) team in Oslo, Norway. The QC department carries out Quality Control testing of raw materials, intermediate and finished goods products as well as release. We are also involved in projects (for example digitalization and LIMS implementation), support projects and scale-up processes.

Key tasks
  • Quality Control testing of our Dynabeads, to set procedures and quality guidelines, working fully onsite in a laboratory setting
  • Ensuring testing is done according to plan focusing on outcomes and quality in your work
  • Carefully detailing results and findings and reporting any discrepancies
  • Taking ownership of outcomes and planning own work for each week
  • Pro-actively seeking opportunities to further improve skills and knowledge relevant to the position
  • Contributing to the team's critical metrics, efficiency, and digitalization initiatives
  • Being a good teammate
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 'Bioingeniør' education, or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Molecular Biology
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, spoken and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a focused and structured fashion
  • Analytical and accountable with a quality approach
  • Able to work as part of a group and independently on own initiative
  • Knowledge of quality standards like ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 is desired
  • Previous experience working in a QC laboratory is preferred
