About the Role:

LoadOut Company is actively seeking a contract-based Data Analyst or Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Palantir Foundry. You’ll help us transform raw operational data — from RFID scans to budgets to crew check-ins — into powerful insights that drive high-stakes event logistics and backstage performance.

This role is ideal for an independent contractor or fractional technologist who’s confident with messy real-world data, Palantir workflows, and performance-focused decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly inside our Palantir Foundry instance, helping model, clean, and optimize our growing data universe
• Build custom dashboards, visualizations, and logic layers for our operations team
• Collaborate with event leads to design meaningful insights and predictive workflows
• Translate field data into strategic insights for live use and investor reporting

You Have:

• Confidence with SQL, Python, or comparable analysis tools
• Experience with logistics, live events, operations, or a high-volume industry
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain data to non-technical teammates
• Bonus: Experience working with RFID, access control, or environment sensors
