Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA seeks an Associate, Quality Control to perform routine microbiology testing and documentation control within a fast-paced GMP environment.

The role focuses on ensuring product quality through testing, data verification, and continuous improvement, while supporting deviations and CAPA investigations. On-site shift-based work with comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science (or related field) preferred.
• 0–2+ years in microbiology or QC in a regulated environment.
• Experience with microbiological techniques and basic lab safety procedures.
• Prior microbiology techniques experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
• Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
• Review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Perform document revision.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support document revision, deviations, CAPA’s and investigations.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
