Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Bothell, WA is seeking a QC Micro Associate to perform GMP testing to support product release and in-process testing, and to provide technical support for microbiological assays.

The role includes data analysis, environmental monitoring, sample collection and data entry, and collaboration across teams to drive quality and process improvements. Shift: Sun–Wed 6AM to 4:30PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2+ years of regulated industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Perform GMP lot release and in-process testing for analytical and/or microbiological test methods and perform data analysis using various electronic instruments and computer systems.
• Quality Control and Environmental Monitoring of environmental and microbiological testing.
• Complete sample collection, incubation, transferal, and data entry supporting facility monitoring.
• Support document revisions, projects, CAPA and deviation/investigation related tasks and departmental continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist in the implementation of new assay methodologies and the associated instruments.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Sample Management duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform GMP lot release and in-process testing for analytical and/or microbiological methods.
• Conduct quality control and environmental monitoring of testing.
• Collect, incubate, transfer, and enter data for facility monitoring.
• Support CAPA, deviations, and related investigations.
• Assist in implementing new assay methodologies and instruments.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and sample management as needed.
