Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Quality Control Associate to support QC testing for in-process, final product, and stability samples, plus environmental and facility monitoring. You will review documentation, assist with deviations and CAPAs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 0-2+ years of microbiology/QC experience, basic lab safety skills, and strong attention to detail. Shift is Wed-Sat 0600-1630, with competitive benefits and pay in Bothell, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science. Associate degree with equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
• 0-2+ years of relevant microbiological or QC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience in microbiological techniques and basic laboratory safety procedures.
• Prior experience with microbiological techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine testing of in-process, final product and stability samples.
• Perform environmental/facilities monitoring and microbiological testing.
• May review GMP documentation and perform data verification.
• Perform document revision.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support document revision, deviations, CAPA's and investigations.
• May train analysts on general job duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
