Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Microbiologist II to join the Quality Control (QC) team in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on microbiological analysis of products, stability samples, validation samples, raw materials, and environmental samples to ensure product quality.

The position requires a BS in Microbiology and 1+ year in a microbiology lab, with strong communication and documentation skills. A quarterly bonus and robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• BS in Microbiology or related scientific field.
• 1+ years of microbiology lab experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Microbiological testing and monitoring of products, water systems and environmental samples.
• Perform USP testing (USP <60>, <61>, <62>) and USP <51> antimicrobial effectiveness studies.
• Analyze data and ensure regulatory and SOP compliance; maintain thorough documentation.
• Serve as SME in core microbiology areas; support method validation and continuous improvement.
