BioFire Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a QC Analyst to perform quality control testing, data review, and environmental monitoring to support product quality and timely release. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives within the QC environment, including safety practices and PPE use.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Quality Control or Lab experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform testing of product lots per procedures and specs.
• Review testing data to prioritize lots for release and schedules.
• Perform environmental monitoring and organism identification.
• Generate accurate test results and compare with specs.
• Elevate quality issues when needed.
• Initiate Quality Event reports for Finished Goods testing and Environmental Monitoring.
• Lead and perform OOS investigations in QC.
• Support continuous improvement within Quality Control.
• Assist with 5S and supply replenishment.
• Support SOP updates and special projects as needed.
• Identify safety hazards and wear PPE per procedures.
