Clearance Requirement

Applicants must be eligible for a Top-Secret clearance, including U.S. Citizenship, as this role requires a government security investigation.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Quality Assurance/Quality Control, this role manages and implements Quality Control activities at the project site, including:

1. Document control and management of nonconforming installations.
2. Developing and implementing project-specific Quality Plans.
3. Partnering with project teams to understand the scope of work.
4. Leading 3-Phase Quality Control inspections.
5. Data collection and reporting on inspection conformity.
6. Managing discrepancy notices, CAPA, and quality initiatives.
7. Reviewing engineering deliverables and coordinating with third-party agencies.
8. Participating in operational risk meetings and internal audits.
9. Performing contract review and ensuring design and construction compliance.
10. Creating checklists and performing detailed inspections.
11. Managing punch lists and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience in QA/QC management or related roles in construction projects.
• Knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC 3-Phase Quality Control System.
• Experience on military bases or government contracts preferred.
• Electrical Journeyman’s License and apprenticeship training are a plus.
