Job summary

SES Electrical LLC is expanding its workforce and seeks a Quality Control Manager & SSHO. This role oversees QC and safety on construction projects, ensuring contract compliance, conducting inspections, coordinating testing, and maintaining documentation to promote a safe, efficient work environment.

Based in West Point, NY with travel for future projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction management, QCM-C and OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid, and USACE project experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction management.
• QCM-C certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Experience managing USACE projects.
• Proven QC/SSHO on federal projects.
• Knowledge of QC procedures and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer the Quality Control Plan for the project.
• Certify submittals are compliant with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specs to ensure compliance.
• Provide evaluations and QC support to staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate testing and ensure proper testing facilities are used.
• Maintain timely safety programs and incident reporting.
