Job description

Requirements

Responsible for the quality control and review of all DWC deliverables including:

  1. Annual compliance reporting, contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, and government reporting prepared by the compliance team.
  2. Consulting projects including late deposits, missed deferral opportunities, VFCP, and VCP submissions.
  3. Plan documents, restatements, and amendments.

In addition to reviewing for completeness and accuracy of the technical aspects of client deliverables, reviewers are also ensuring:

  1. Explanations and details prepared for clients as part of these deliverables are written in a client-friendly and easy to understand manner.
  2. Opportunities for enhancement to plan design or future considerations for the plan sponsor are addressed within annual reporting.

Reviewers should approach the review of consultant work as a training and development opportunity for team members. It is critical that a reviewer:

  1. Provide detailed constructive feedback with each review to help ensure quality of team members’ work improves over time.
  2. Willingness and ability to work one on one with team members to offer technical support on projects.
  3. Hold team members to standards of the highest quality.
Remote Work Information

For all virtual remote positions, in order to ensure employees can effectively perform their job duties with no distractions, we require an uninterrupted virtual work space and there is also an expectation of family care being in place during business hours. Additionally, there is an internet work speed requirement of 50 MBps or better for individual use. If more than one person is utilizing the same internet connection in the same household or building, then a stronger connection is required.

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $60,000 and $105,000/year however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other rewards and benefits may include: 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and paid-time off.
