Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead the contractor's quality control program for a Fort Gordon-based project. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Control Plan to ensure services meet the Performance Work Statement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality control management experience in public works/base operations.
• Experience planning, implementing, and maintaining a Quality Control Program.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to meet the PWS.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections of services.
• Identify deficiencies and implement timely corrective actions.
• Prepare QC reports, inspection logs, and trend analyses.
• Monitor compliance with PWS requirements and performance metrics.
• Assist in training and transition activities and participate in quality audits.
