Job summary

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the contractor’s QC Program at Fort Stewart, GA. The role ensures contract compliance, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement within a large-scale O&M environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive QC program management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to report directly to CDS corporate headquarters while supporting mission success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of operations experience managing quality programs, facility operations, and contract performance.
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Quality Control Manager (QCM) on an O&M contract valued at more than $10 million annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) required.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Legal U.S. resident and able to obtain favorable NACI background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program across all contract areas.
• Conduct inspections, surveillance, and quality assessments to verify compliance with contract requirements.
• Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions with timely resolution.
• Prepare QC documentation: daily reports, weekly analyses, performance metrics, evaluations.
• Review customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across operations.
• Maintain QC independence by reporting findings to CDS corporate headquarters.
