Job summary

Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee the contractor’s Quality Control Program for operations at Fort Stewart, GA. This full-time role reports directly to CDS corporate headquarters and requires proven QC leadership in a large O&M environment.

The successful candidate will have five years of operations QC experience, two years as QCM on a >$10M contract, and a BBA. Strong English communication and U.S.

Qualifications

• Five years of operations experience managing Quality Control Programs and related areas.
• Minimum of two years as Quality Control Manager on an O&M contract valued at >$10M annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand, speak, read, and write English effectively.
• U.S. residency and ability to obtain favorable NACI background check for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Control Program across all contract functional areas.
• Conduct inspections, surveillance, and quality assessments to verify compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
• Document findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions while ensuring timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain required quality control documentation, including: QC Daily Reports, Weekly Trend Analysis, Performance metrics, Quality assessments and evaluations.
