Qualifications

• Five or more years in quality control/quality manufacturing.
• Direct supervisory/management experience leading teams.
• Experience in precision manufacturing (aerospace, sheet metal) preferred.
• Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and daily supervision of QC personnel.
• Establish daily priorities, expectations, and performance objectives.
• Organize, monitor, and prioritize inspection activities.
• Maintain clear communication on priorities, challenges, and results.
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching as needed.
• Ensure calibration of inspection equipment and adherence to procedures.
