Canam Steel Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will lead the QC team, develop inspection plans, and ensure all manufacturing processes meet contractual quality requirements.

The role involves coordinating with engineering, sales, and production to align project schedules, conducting QA audits, and preparing reports for proposals and clients. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering or related field preferred with quality control experience.
• 3–5 years in Quality Control; 5+ years in progressive management preferred.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and ASNT certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains inspection plans and QA procedures.
• Directs QC activities and ensures compliance with contractual requirements.
• Prepares QA reports and supports audits with findings.
• Supervises QC inspectors and coordinates with other departments.
