Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America, a division of Kingspan Group, is seeking a Quality Control Manager for its Modesto, CA facility to lead QA/QC activities, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing audits, CAPA, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Up to 15% travel within the US/Canada; sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing-related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing environment with ISO 9001, auditing, corrective action, and leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and experience supporting or conducting quality audits.
• Experience with structured root-cause analysis and corrective-action methodologies (8D).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities to support ISO 9001 compliance and product approvals.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Develop and enforce quality policies for incoming materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Lead customer complaint investigations and corrective actions with customers, contractors, and field teams.
• Drive continuous-improvement initiatives affecting quality processes, metrics, cost of nonconformance, and customer value.
• Manage internal and external quality audits and CAPA processes.
• Coach and develop the Quality Assurance team.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows affecting product and process quality.
• Travel within the United States and Canada up to 15% to support quality needs.
• Follow the Group Code of Conduct and Group Compliance requirements.
