Job summary

Kingspan Insulated Panels North America in Modesto, CA is seeking a Chemical Engineer to provide process engineering support across manufacturing. You will manage chemical processes, inventory, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in chemical engineering (Master’s preferred), 2+ years’ manufacturing chemical processing experience, and Spanish fluency. Sponsorship is not available. Travel for training may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, polymer science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing with chemical processing.
• Experience with SPC, Six Sigma or similar analysis software.
• Fluency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Provide chemical process engineering support in the manufacturing environment.
• Manage chemical processes in line with company goals and regulatory demands.
• Oversee chemical inventory, stocktaking and ordering.
• Write and manage up-to-date SOPs; maintain SDS/TDS documentation.
• Report analysis of process parameters and KPIs; communicate findings.
• Ensure site compliance with regulations and safety; coordinate training.
