Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee the Quality Management System for the YES division. You will drive ISO 9001-2015 compliance, manage inspection procedures, and track performance metrics across customer satisfaction and non-conformances.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in quality within manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Travel to sites and vendors is expected as part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years in a quality role within manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and quality systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) for YES.
• Maintain ISO 9001-2015 accreditation.
• Process and file phase inspection procedures for fabricated tanks and enclosures.
• Track quality metrics: CSAT, NCRs, corrective actions, safety.
• Monitor continuous improvement cards and related data.
• Set budgets and manage warranty calls; travel to meetings and sites.
• Support safety programs and other tasks as assigned.
