Job summary

Saiia Construction, a MasTec company, is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality on heavy civil projects. The role covers preconstruction through project completion, ensuring conformance with plans and specifications and driving corrective actions.

You will review drawings, coordinate with project teams, and manage QA/QC meetings while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years as a Quality Manager in Heavy Construction environments.
• Experience enforcing quality programs and safety standards on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality control on projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Review drawings and submittals for conformance with project requirements.
• Coordinate weekly quality meetings and safety-related elements.
• Audit quality processes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance for timeliness and quality.
