Job summary

Forgen is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead QA/QC efforts on geotechnical and civil projects across North America. This role ensures conformance to project plans, specs, and safety guidelines while supervising QC staff and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities include conducting tests, data analysis, calibration of equipment, and preparing documentation for audits and client submittals. A strong background in QC processes and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Five plus years of quality control experience required.
• Strong background in construction engineering, quality processes, measurement tools, and applied mathematics/statistics.
• Highly organized with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership across management levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data collection and analysis using the scientific method.

Responsibilities

• Lead, Manage and be accountable for direct reports.
• Execute inspections to align with project plans and specs.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure clean work environment.
• Implement quality corrective actions to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and deliver reports to project managers and clients.
