Job summary

Forgen in Texas seeks a seasoned Quality Control Manager to lead QA efforts across geotechnical and civil projects. You will supervise tests, calibrate equipment, and ensure compliance with project plans and health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating samples per ASTM standards, delivering reports to managers and clients, and maintaining rigorous document control. A strong engineering background and 5+ years in QC are required.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of quality control experience in construction/manufacturing.
• Strong background in quality processes, measurement tools, and statistics.
• Highly organized with analytical, decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage direct reports and ensure QA compliance with project plans.
• Conduct inspections, calibrate equipment, and record results per standards.
• Prepare reports for project managers and clients with required documentation.
• Maintain documentation practices for meticulous auditing and sampling per ASTM.
