Chitina Diversified Services, LLC seeks an experienced Quality Control Manager to support federal construction operations at Joint Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland. The QCM oversees quality assurance and field safety, ensuring compliance with USACE, DOE, EM 385-1-1, OSHA and related standards.

The role leads QC activities, conducts inspections, maintains project documentation, and coordinates non-conformance resolution with subs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 5+ years as a QCM on USACE/DOE projects.
• USACE 'Construction Quality Management for Contractors' certification required.
• OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Fall Protection Competent Person certification preferred.
• Proficiency with RMS, Microsoft Office, and documentation software.
• Must be eligible to obtain DoD/DOE security clearance for site access.

Position: Quality Control Manager (QCM)

Pay Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week + occasional overtime

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Quality Control Manager (QCM) to support federal construction operations at the Joint Andrews Airforce Base in Maryland. The QCM plays a dual role in overseeing both quality assurance and field safety, ensuring full compliance with USACE, DOE, EM 385-1-1, OSHA, and other applicable standards.

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals.

• Experience managing quality programs in high-scrutiny federal environments.

Working Conditions

• Office and active construction site environment.

• Must be comfortable walking job sites, lifting up to 50 lbs, and conducting visual inspections.

• Position may require occasional travel and adjusted work hours based on project needs.
