CJ Mahan is seeking a Quality Control Manager to implement and document the quality control system on construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, standards, and safety. The role requires travel, a valid driver’s license, a vehicle, and the ability to pass a drug test.
Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, preparing daily QC reports, and leading teams to meet contract requirements; strong USACE/federal contracting experience is highly desired.
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) position entails the implementation, documentation, and execution of the quality control system of construction projects while creating and maintaining a safe work environment. The QCM ensures that projects comply with applicable plans, standards specifications, and construction practices including direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection of the work flow process to ensure quality is maintained. QCM must have own vehicle, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements
Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
