• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage QC engineering and inspection work across civil, structural, architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical trades; supervise staff.
• Review and control design and submittal processes; perform inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability.
• Schedule and coordinate QA inspectors with Owner's Representative; maintain inspection and performance records.
• Assist in developing and implementing QC procedures and inspection instructions.
• Participate in internal/external QC audits and ensure compliance with quality control requirements.
