Job summary

LHH US is seeking a Quality Control Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee quality assurance on high-impact construction projects. This leadership role focuses on field operations, compliance, and ensuring workmanship meets contract standards.

The candidate will lead QC activities, manage inspections, and coordinate with project teams to drive corrective actions and project success.

Qualifications

• TX Professional Engineer (PE) License or ABET-Accredited Engineering Program.
• USACE CQCSM Certification.
• 6+ Years of Construction Quality Management Experience.
• 2+ Years of Structural Concrete Experience.
• 2+ Years of Structural Backfill Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Quality Control activities from project startup through completion.
• Manage inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, contracts, and project standards.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison with clients and project teams.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Identify issues early and drive effective corrective actions.
• Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, compliance, and project execution.

What You'll Do
